Excellent Connectivity

The turnkey facility will deliver up to 33MW of critical power, delivered to Prime by Vernon’s self-owned and operated electric utility at 66kV. That high-capacity service qualifies for its lowest commercial rate, which is also the lowest commercial utility rate available regionally.

The connectivity options available at this new carrier-neutral facility in the Los Angeles market provides a unique opportunity to link with wholesale dark fiber inexpensively and in volume with all five of the essential interconnection hubs in downtown Los Angeles: One Wilshire, 600 W. Seventh Street, 530 W. Sixth Street, 900 N. Alameda, and 818 W. Seventh Street.

This opportunity makes hundreds of international and domestic carriers available and allows Prime’s hyperscale and enterprise tenants to leverage existing installations, as well as extend existing networks and expand content and compute delivery in one of the largest Internet and telecommunications markets in the world.
