Nicholas Laag has over 15 years experience in private equity investments and executive-level operations in Europe and Asia with experience in Real Estate, Engineering, and Water Purification Infrastructure. Previously CEO of United Waters China Ltd a group company of United Waters International AG (UWI) where he is a non-executive director and family member of the controlling shareholder.
Ulrich Pelz has over 25 years international experience in operations and investments (and has served as CEO, COO, CFO for various entities).
Previously an Executive Board level Chief Financial Officer of Al Rajhi Holding Group as well as COO for group companies in different countries with activities in Engineering and Contracting for the Power Sector, Real Estate, Financial Services and Building materials. He is also Group CFO of Data Trust Holdings, Luxembourg.
Chris Sumter serves as EVP of Acquisitions for Prime. He brings 20 years of experience in mission critical data centers and colocation facilities. He previously served as EVP at Jones Lang LaSalle where he oversaw the west coast. Prior to this he was co-founder of Santa Clara-based Vantage Data Centers.
Jonathan Gibbs serves as SVP of Design and Construction for Prime. With over 10 years of industry experience and perspective, he leads Prime’s physical building development efforts globally. Jonathan’s design and construction portfolio consists of over $15B throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
David Holub is Prime’s SVP of Portfolio Development where his focus is on acquisitions and pre-construction. An Internet pioneer of the 1990’s David’s 28-year career has seated him around the table building data center and internet infrastructure. He has diverse project delivery experience as an operator, developer, investor, or representative acting on behalf of the investors, developer, or tenant. His uncommon competency in building either facilities or IT infrastructure within them has enhanced the value of real estate assets in the US, Europe, and Asia.
Michael Wall is Prime’s SVP of Construction and Development in Europe. With over 30 years of construction experience, he started building data centers some 23 years ago. His recent experience includes helping Meta/Facebook with their hyperscale program in the EU. Michael has successfully led large teams in several important hyperscale build-outs across Europe and the U.S. He is currently based in Spain.
Gabby Ascione is Prime’s SVP of Hyperscale Sales. She has spent the past decade managing hyperscale data center sales around the world. Her past customers represent the highest growth, most structurally important tech companies. Her passion is cultivating long-term strategic partnerships with her customers that lead to an increased bottom line and strengthened resilience.
Mark Jobson serves as SVP of Marketing for Prime. He brings 20+ years of marketing experience in data centers, colocation and cloud computing amongst other industries. He previously served as head of global marketing for cloud services provider Dizzion and Iron Mountain’s data center business unit. Prior to those roles, Mr. Jobson led CoreSite’s data center marketing team en route to a successful IPO (NYSE: COR).
Kristen Bejarano is Prime’s Vice President of Construction and brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Prime, Kristen served an impressive tenure with one of largest construction companies in the United States, Sundt, on various commercial projects including technical design-build federal projects, hotels and casinos, hospitals, prisons, stadiums, and ultimately finding her passion within the data center industry. Kristen is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of construction functions for all of Prime’s data centers globally. In addition, Kristen co-leads Prime’s employee resource group for professional development.
Steve Clark is Prime’s VP of Solutions Engineering. He leverages 30+ years in the industry, starting in mission critical telecommunications systems in the 80’s and transitioning to data center infrastructure in the 90’s. Steve has worked with end users and owners to design, develop, build and fit up over 250 MW of critical load capacity. Steve’s rich experience includes work for GTE, Verizon, AlfaTech, Instor Solutions, Teladata, Digital Realty, and Compass Datacenters.
Max is a Director of Sales at Prime Data Centers. Max brings a decade of experience in the data center industry working in sales roles at Tate and HED (Formerly Integrated Design Group). With a past focus on Data Center Design, Master Planning and Data Hall Implementation. Max brings a unique perspective to Prime that will best serve our customers and their Data Center needs globally.
Jeff Clark is Prime Data Centers’ Vice President of Engineering leveraging over 25 years of engineering leadership to support Prime’s mission. He is responsible for design decisions related to a portfolio of datacenter projects, equipment requirements, and the development of design standards. He is a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in California, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, and Virginia holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
Jason Dill joins Prime Data Centers with more than 20 years of experience leading IT/telecom sales execution. In prior roles Jason has led strategic sales teams working with the world’s biggest tech companies. Jason has held roles at EdgeConnex, Zayo, Equinix, and AT&T. He is 100% dedicated to his customers’ success.
Joseph Patito is Prime’s Director of Investments. He brings 9 years of banking, principal investing, and financial structuring experience to Prime. He spent his analyst time in the corporate & investment banking program at Wells Fargo and principal investing at DivcoWest. After leaving Divco he was at Goldman Sachs investing in distressed debt and select equity positions throughout the Americas on behalf of Goldman’s balance sheet. Mr. Patito graduated from Columbia University in 2013 and is originally from Los Angeles.
Jake Maxwell serves as a Senior Associate on the Investment team for Prime. Jake previously held positions as a Real Estate Private Equity Associate at Princeton Real Estate Partners and an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies in New York City. He is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and asset management.
