Nicholas Laag is the CEO of Prime Data Centers. Mr. Laag brings 15+ years of private-equity experience and global, executive-level operations leadership from various engagements in Europe and Asia. Prior to launching Prime, Mr. Laag was CEO of United Waters China Ltd.

Ulrich Pelz
Chief Financial Officer

Ulrich Pelz is the CFO of Prime Data Centers. Mr. Pelz brings 25+ years of global operations and investment experience to Prime. Prior to joining Prime, Pelz was a board-level CFO for Al Rajhi Holding Group and Group CFO of Data Trust Holdings, Luxembourg.

Chris Sumter
Partner & EVP Acquisitions

Chris Sumter is Partner and EVP of Acquisitions for Prime Data Centers. Mr. Sumter brings 25+ years of experience to Prime. Previously, Sumter was EVP at JLL and also held revenue leadership roles at Vantage and Digital Realty Trust.

Jonathan Gibbs
EVP Product Delivery NA

Jonathan Gibbs is EVP of Product Delivery (NA) for Prime Data Centers. Mr. Gibbs brings 15 years of experience to Prime. Previously Gibbs held leadership roles at ARCO/Murray and Server Farm Realty amongst others.

Michael Wall
SVP Development and Construction EU

Michael Wall is SVP Development and Construction EU for Prime Data Centers. Mr. Wall brings 30+ years of experience to Prime. Previously Wall held leadership roles at Meta, Vertiv, Global Switch and was a founder of Quark.

Gabby Ascione
SVP Hyperscale Sales

Gabby Ascione is SVP of Hyperscale Sales for Prime Data Centers. Ms. Ascione brings 15+ years of experience to Prime. Previously Ascione held leadership and revenue roles at Digital Realty Trust, Intercall and Loopnet.

Will King
SVP Strategy & BD, EU

Will King is SVP of Strategy and Business Development for Prime Data Centers. Mr. King brings 15 years of experience to Prime. Previously King held leadership roles at DC Byte, Colliers, and Volta Data Centers amongst others.

Steve Benson
SVP of Critical Operations

Steve Benson is the SVP of Critcal Operations for Prime Data Centers. Mr. Benson brings 25+ years of experience to Prime. Previously Benson held operations leadership roles at QTS Data Centers, AWS and CenturyLink (now Lumen) amongst others.

Russ Langbein
SVP of Construction

Russ Langbein is SVP of Construction for Prime Data Centers. Mr. Langbein brings 25+ years of experience to Prime. Previously Langbein held leadership roles at Aligned Data Centers and NOVA Mission Critical. Russ was an officer in the US Navy.

Sarah Martinez
VP ESG

Sarah Martinez is VP of ESG at Prime Data Centers. Martinez brings nearly 25 years of experience to the Prime leadership team from Disney, The Clorox Company, Target, and others. Sarah graduated from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Bill Picard
VP Channel Development

Bill Picard is VP of Channel Development for Prime Data Centers. Mr. Picard brings 25+ years of experience to Prime. Previously Picard held channel leadership roles at QTS Data Centers, Siemon, CyrusOne and Equinix amongst others.

Jeff Clark
VP Engineering

Jeff Clark is VP of Engineering for Prime Data Centers. Mr. Clark brings 25+ years of experience to Prime. Previously Clark held engineering leadership roles at Michaud-Cooley-Erickson and LKPB Engineers.

Steve Clark
